Note: this policy is maintained by DuoTech and reviewed with counsel as data practices evolve. If analytics or new processors are ever added, it will be updated before the change takes effect, with the revision date shown above.
Who we are
DuoTech Equipments & Solutions LLC (“DuoTech”, “we”, “us”) imports and sells health and spa equipment and treatment solutions in the United States. What we collect
We collect only what you give us, and we ask for the minimum needed to respond:
- Enquiry and quote forms. Name, email address, business name (optional), phone number (optional), whether you are enquiring as a retail or wholesale buyer, and the message you write. Wholesale enquiries may also include quantity interests.
- Email correspondence. If you email us directly, we keep the thread for as long as the commercial relationship or enquiry is live.
- Technical basics. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard server logs — IP address, request time, user agent — used for security and abuse prevention. We use these logs only in aggregate or to investigate abuse.
What we deliberately do not do
- We run no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics scripts.
- We set no cookies. A single value in your browser’s session storage remembers whether you chose the retail or wholesale catalogue view; it never leaves your device, is not an identifier, and disappears when you close the tab.
- We do not buy, rent, sell, or share personal information for advertising, and we do not use form submissions for automated profiling or scoring of any kind.
How enquiry data is used
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Resend (resend.com), an email delivery provider acting as a processor on our instructions under its standard data-processing terms. We use your submission to answer your enquiry, prepare quotes, and follow up on that conversation. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we stop.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept while the enquiry or customer relationship is active, and for up to 24 months afterwards for order history, warranty service, and tax records that reference correspondence. You can ask us to delete an enquiry thread earlier; where a law requires us to keep transaction records, we will tell you what must stay and why.
Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers needed to operate — hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), and our business email provider — each acting under their standard data-processing terms, and with authorities where the law compels it. There are no other recipients.
Your rights
Depending on your state of residence (including rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to request deletion, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. We honour these requests regardless of state where practical. Write to inquiries@duotechequipments.com with the subject “Privacy request”; we respond within 45 days.
We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months.
Children
This site is a business-to-business and professional-buyer site. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
